Wild Cave Tour and Overnight in the Smoky Mountains, and it was FUN!! This year we'll be doing it again for those who didn't go, or just want to go again.
We will descend about 100 steps into Craighead Caverns - used by the Cherokee Indians, Confederate Army, and even a giant Pleistocene Era jaguar whose tracks have been found deep within the cave. The Scouts will have fun exploring caverns, climbing through cracks and crevices, and even taking a boat ride on the American's largest underground lake. Afterwards, we will spend the night in a large cavern before climbing back up the next morning.
