Holiday Caroling

Before next Tuesday's Pack meeting (7pm at OUMC), we will meet at Carol Woods Retirement home for some fun holiday caroling.  Song sheets will be provided, and you do NOT need to know how to sing!

This is a wonderful way to bring some holiday cheer into our community, so please join us next Tuesday at 6pm at Carol Woods (750 Weaver Dairy Road in Chapel Hill).

Holiday Parade Info

Join us Friday evening for some fun, music, and pizza.  We will meet at OWASA (400 Jones Ferry Road) at 6pmSign up HERE if you want pizzaYou do not need to be there Friday night to join us for the Parade on Saturday.

Saturday morning we will meet at 9am on Franklin Street for the Parade.  We are Number 44 in Zone D.  Your best option is to get dropped off (intersection of Henderson and E. Franklin), or park somewhere in the middle of the route (parking deck off Rosemary Street).  The end of the parade is on Fidelity Street.  There is a more detailed map here.

We have a lot of fun planned for our Scouts.  Friday, we will be practicing skits (preview here) that we're going to perform during the Parade.  Please bring a long stick and two bags of marshmallows per Scout.  Also, all Scouts need to be in their Class A uniforms on Saturday.  It may be cold, especially first thing in the morning, so dress in layers under your uniform.

Each Scout will need to bring a stick (about 3 feet long) and 2 bags of marshmallows.

Please sign up here if you plan to attend.  We will be ordering pizza and providing lemonade.

We will also be practicing our holiday songs for next week's Caroling at Carol Woods!

Deadline for USS Yorktown this WEDNESDAY

We only do this trip every couple of years, so now's your chance to experience a weekend on an aircraft carrier, free reign of the ship, see plenty of planes, tour Ft. Sumter, etc., etc.  The deadline is this Wednesday, December 3rd, so sign up here.

If your Scout(s) sold over $200 worth of popcorn, you should have received an email with your Scout Buck$ total.  Please email Talisha if you'd like a coupon issued that can be applied towards the Yorktown trip.  Scout Buck$ can be used for any other Pack 825 outing as well.
